One of the most imp0rtant things you can do for weight maintenance is to continue a vigorous exercise program.  Studies suggest that it takes 30 to 60 minutes of moderately intense physical activity daily to maintain weight loss.  Moderately intense physical activities include fast walking and swimming.

.Protein is a major ingredient for weight loss success.  Adding 25-30 grams of protein to the diet on a daily basis will help curb the appetite, elevate the energy level and maintain lean muscle mass while burning fat.  Weight loss can occur twice as fast with increased protein intake.
